The First Home Owner Grant assists eligible first home buyers in purchasing or building their home.
For contracts entered into for the purchase or construction of a new home in a regional municipality in Victoria, such as Phillip Island, an additional regional bonus is also available (this is in addition to the first home buyers bonus).
